Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries, provide policy information, and assist with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims, handle incoming calls, and process payments while maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Work 8:30-5:00 EST with an opportunity for bonus based on pivoting and sales. This role supports the growth of a successful insurance agency by resolving inquiries and coordinating with other team members to anticipate community needs.
Required Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Must hold a 4-40 Customer Representative License
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous insurance experience and knowledge preferred
