Job Summary
Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process and develop leads to schedule appointments. Work with the agent to establish marketing goals, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products including auto, home, and life insurance. Handle service calls, billing, and payments while following up on outstanding items. This role supports the Menes Insurance Agency Inc team in the Bronx, NY, focusing on building community relationships and driving sales growth for State Farm products.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
