Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for a State Farm independent contractor agent office in Gladstone, MO. Part-time role focused on building relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing products/services. Requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, multi-tasking, and commitment to ongoing licensing and education; Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and ongoing product knowledge are emphasized.
