Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing policyholders by processing vehicle additions and replacements, following up on claims, and answering billing questions. Manage daily agency reports, schedule appointments for licensed team members, and make outbound calls regarding premium updates while maintaining accurate customer records. This part-time role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement into a full-time sales position within 6-12 months.
