Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for a State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service (including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification), educating customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process, and coordinating with agency team members. Role requires commuting to the Rancho Cordova location for the first 90 days. Opportunities for internal growth and advancement are anticipated for driven and sales-minded candidates.
