Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed at Spartan Logistics to support shipping and receiving operations in Itasca, IL on a second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM; overtime on Saturdays as needed). Responsibilities include managing shipping/receiving processes, maintaining organized office workflows, conducting weekly/quarterly inventories, processing billing accurately, and providing training/direction to staff. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication and computer skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented logistics environment. Required Qualifications
