Job Summary
Handle intake orders via a centralized call center, process credit card charges, and manage a heavy call volume. Negotiate delivery times with customers and coordinate with quality control and office personnel to ensure service and delivery of products. Perform other duties as assigned. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a customer facing role. Skills include proficiency with MS Office (intermediate to high), comfort with smartphones and digital tools, experience downloading and setting up apps on iOS and Android, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Strong communication, problem solving, and a sales-oriented interest in pursuing a career in sales.
