Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (hybrid) responsible for handling incoming contacts via telephone and email, logging call activity, maintaining product knowledge for client-specific applications, understanding customer profiles, upholding contractual SLAs, and acting as a Brand Ambassador. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Catalan with advanced English, strong customer care and communication skills, the ability to own and escalate issues to resolution, initiative for training and adaptation, experience in fashion or boutique client services, knowledge of e-commerce client service, emotional intelligence to empathetically resolve issues, and familiarity with payment platform methods and CRM software.
