Job Summary
Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative for Insurance in AAA's call center. Responds to inbound calls, delivers personalized solutions, and cross-sells or recommends products and services to members. Requires English/Spanish fluency, ability to multitask across systems, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Role includes remote training (approximately 4 months) and a post-training remote schedule with full-time shifts. Training hours may include weekends; post-training shifts run 9:00am–9:15pm Mon–Fri with Saturdays as needed. Must have a quiet remote workspace with reliable internet and a company-provided computer; partial internet reimbursement offered. Compliance checks (background and drug screen) are required. The position emphasizes attendance in virtual meetings, ongoing coaching, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Flexibility for shift adjustments
- Ability to connect to ISP with Ethernet and required internet speeds (50-100 Mbps)
- Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
