Job Summary
Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from US-based dental offices while managing inquiries and processing orders for dental and medical supplies. Verify stock levels, handle returns, track shipments, and assist staff with product specifications and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and resolve shipping delays or order discrepancies efficiently. This role requires US working hours or night shifts in your local timezone, with a preference for candidates holding clinical dental experience or a background in medical/dental supply customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 100% Remote (Based in the Philippines or South Africa)
- US Working Hours / Night Shift (EST, CST, or PST — depending on client needs)
- Full-time
- Willing and able to work full-time during US business hours / night shifts in your local timezone
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills with a neutral accent and a professional demeanor
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or client support
- Quiet, dedicated, and private home office workspace
- High-speed, stable internet connection (plus a backup connection option)
- Noise-canceling headset
