Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, RFQ processing, coordinating delivery with customers, planners, and production, handling inquiries and complaints in Mandarin and English, and supporting sales activities while ensuring confidentiality and timely reporting in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma with 5 years of order fulfillment or customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing industry is required. Basic computer skills are mandatory and knowledge of Salesforce or Glovia is an advantage.
