Job Summary
Customer Service Representative/Slab Associate who acts as the liaison between Bedrosians and customers, providing information about products (availability, price, applications, limitations, and installation recommendations) and handling order entry, P/O processing, receiving, and freight quotes. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with selections, entering and following up on orders, handling back-orders, invoicing, stock checks, pricing, and processing P/Os and receivings; developing basic understanding of design and color; resolving issues with win/win solutions; maintaining an organized workspace; and ensuring adherence to company policies. Role may involve crossover duties with Warehouse/Slab Associate and Showroom Sales; emphasis on teamwork, clear communication, and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in email and phone communication, strong English skills, attention to detail, and willingness to support flexible schedules are required; bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
