Job Summary
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support for security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, and door operators. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while upselling products or services to meet customer needs. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions, leveraging familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office products. This 1st shift role operates Monday-Thursday from 8am-4:30pm and Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm, with a salary range of $45-55k. Candidates require three years of experience in the specified industry.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience as a Customer Service Rep.
- experience in the security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, or door operator industry
- Handle incoming customer inquiries
