Customer Service Representative - Simcoe

Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while providing information and resolution for customers, branches, insurance companies, dealerships, and vendors. Meet and greet customers face-to-face to assess rental needs, provide directions, and assist with vehicle condition assessments upon return. Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed. Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous tasks, while performing administrative functions like billing support, transfer logs, and report generation. Effectively market the company during customer pickups and drop-offs, and notify management of vehicle problems or maintenance requirements. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm at the Simcoe branch.
