Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Sidney, OH responsible for directly supporting the store manager and ensuring efficient store operations and policy compliance. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service leadership, greeting customers, ensuring merchandising and marketing programs are implemented (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), processing cash and card transactions with integrity, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, and responding quickly to emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing for entire shifts, and working various shifts including weekends/evenings/holidays are required.
