Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Sheltair is responsible for daily interactions with customers and co-workers, demonstrating a positive attitude and courtesy. Key responsibilities include processing fuel orders, providing flight information, making reservations, and handling communications via various methods. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office, a typing speed of 40 - 60 words per minute, and excellent customer service skills. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, with preference for an associate's degree, and experience in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
- Two to four years’ relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in basic math
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Typing speed of at least 40 - 60 words per minute
- Professional appearance
