Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Sheltair handling daily contact with pilots, passengers, and co-workers, providing information and coordinating fuel orders, online times, arrivals/departures notices, directions, vehicle rentals, hotel and catering arrangements, and managing data entry for invoicing, payments, and fuel records. Role requires adaptability to changing schedules and weekend work, with emphasis on maintaining courtesy and a high level of concentration in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associates degree preferred
- Two to four years relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing 40-60 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check per FAA/DOT guidelines
