Job Summary
Handle telephone inquiries regarding member eligibility, prescription benefits, claim payments, and patient scheduling. Address issues related to billing information updates, payment plan establishment, and payment inquiries. Update billing data and coordinate patient appointments. Requires two years of customer service experience, including data entry and scheduling. Work full-time, day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Must reside in Virginia Beach and be available for on-site travel if connectivity issues arise.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Prior scheduling experience
- Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:30PM
- Must reside in Virginia Beach and its surroundings
- Must be able to travel on-site if you have connectivity issues
