Job Summary
Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and customer inquiries while managing outgoing callbacks and accounts receivable. Meet and greet customers face-to-face, provide directions, assess rental conditions, and process check-ins, returns, and exit kiosk transactions. Assist with vehicle maintenance notifications, perform administrative tasks like billing support and report generation, and sell optional protection products or upgrades. Clean vehicles as needed and act as a rental backup in the branch. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience in a fast pace environment
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to work the posted schedule
