Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at LoanMax Title Loans in Hudson, WI. Responsibilities include providing exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service, explaining loan products and payment options, evaluating vehicles and processing loan applications, managing customer accounts and payments, performing data entry, making courtesy reminder calls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
