Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products, evaluating vehicles, managing loans and payments, and maintaining regular communication with customers regarding their accounts. This includes making courtesy calls when necessary and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in person and by phone, explaining loan products and payment options, evaluating vehicles and processing loan applications, managing accounts and payments, data entry and record accuracy, making courtesy reminder calls, and maintaining compliance. Bilingual preferred. Through on-the-job training and career growth opportunities, with full-time in-store schedule.
