Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Loan Max Title Loans in Appleton, WI. Responsibilities include providing exceptional in-person and phone-based service to potential borrowers and current customers, explaining loan products, terms, and payment options, evaluating vehicles and processing loan applications, managing customer accounts and payments, performing data entry, making courtesy reminder calls, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws. In-store, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule (10:00 AM–6:00 PM) and rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM–2:00 PM); benefits and paid training offered.
