Process and manage customer orders by printing invoices, verifying credit card transactions, entering data into JD Edwards, and marking orders as shipped. Handle credit card refunds, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery, and resolve order issues including delays, returns, and exchanges. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and WooCommerce notes while operating office equipment. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of clerical experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
