Job Summary
In this customer service role, you will primarily interact with customers over the phone, requiring a friendly telephone presence and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining office cash with accuracy and security, achieving account gain through proven loan judgment, ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations, completing loan applications promptly, and adhering to company record-keeping procedures. Candidates must possess great customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and be able to work Monday to Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Stable work history
Desired Qualifications
- Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred
- Sales experience, preferred
