Job Summary
In this Customer Service Representative role, the majority of customer interaction occurs over the phone, requiring a friendly telephone presence and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining office cash accurately, achieving account gain through effective customer solicitation, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and completing loan applications promptly. Candidates must demonstrate great customer service skills, hold a valid driver's license, and have a stable work history. Collections and sales experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Stable work history
- Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day
- Ability to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays. Schedule varies by location.
Desired Qualifications
- Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred
- Sales experience, preferred
