Customer Service Representative

Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution while assisting clients through automobile financing needs over the phone and in person. Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts, assist with insurance verifications, and conduct Welcome Calls. Act as backup to the Administrative Assistant to receive loan payments and fund loans, and execute Skip Tracking and locate activities. Maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable record and access to a reliable automobile for work use.
