Customer Service Representative

Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution while assisting customers with automobile financing needs over the phone and in person. Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts, assist with insurance verifications, and conduct Welcome Calls. Act as backup to the Administrative Assistant to receive loan payments and fund loans, while performing Skip Tracking and other locate activities. This role requires a valid state driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable automobile for work use.
