Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests by providing exceptional customer service while handling all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking IDs and barcodes, and assisting with new member sign-ups. Take prospective members on club tours, facilitate account updates, and respond to member questions or concerns professionally, elevating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed. Maintain club cleanliness by sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and gym equipment, stocking supplies, and reporting broken amenities immediately. Monitor club safety throughout the shift, which runs from 2pm to 10pm on one weekend day, while occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and using cleaning chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
