Job Summary
In this role, customer service representatives provide exceptional service primarily over the phone, requiring effective communication and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include maintaining office cash securely, completing loan applications, compliance with lending regulations, and achieving account gains. Candidates must demonstrate great customer service skills, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work from Monday to Saturday with varying hours. Experience in collections and sales is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Stable work history

- Sales experience, preferred
