Job Summary
Manage distributor, carrier, and warehouse orders via phone and email to ensure on-time delivery through a network of warehouses and UPS/trucking companies. Process orders, analyze stock availability, and adjust billing or service complaints independently while researching and resolving delivery issues. Plan shipments, manage logistics costs for third-party providers, and fill out contract forms to determine charges. Respond to inquiries regarding order tracking, payment discrepancies, and product information while building relationships with the sales team to identify potential leads.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of industry experience to include Call Center, eCommerce or logistics
- GED or high school diploma
- one to two years previous customer service experience
- academic background, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel if necessary
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for long periods of time with or without accommodation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

- Experience with Order Management systems
- Oracle experience
