Job Summary
Handle order fulfillment and inside sales for the packaged business; prepare and submit quotations, agreements and contracts; process orders via phone, fax, and email; track freight, processing invoices, credits and non-conformances; respond to customer inquiries; log and maintain non-conformances; manage house accounts; monitor order status in coordination with operations; provide support to management; participate in other duties and administrative projects as assigned. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with order entry software and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) preferred; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail; the role is on-site in Kitchener, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, NAV, Outlook)
- Demonstrated abilities to work effectively as a team member in an office setting
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and ability to work flexible hours
