Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Sea Mar Community Health Centers who acts as primary liaison between clients and clinic, assists with public health coverage applications and enrollment, and supports outreach and education efforts. Responsibilities include helping patients establish medical homes, scheduling appointments, promoting health services, maintaining records, advocating for coverage barriers, and contributing to departmental goals. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication, confidentiality, ability to work in a team, familiarity with Word/Excel, and ability to perform data entry and interpret documents. Education: High School diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Social Services preferred. Experience: minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably healthcare. Certifications: TB test; BLS CPR within 90 days of hire; valid WA driver’s license with auto liability insurance. Required Qualifications
- High School graduation; AA or BA in Social Services is preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is required; preferably in a health care environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Must be able to read and write proficiently in English and Spanish; Russian as an option in communication
