Job Summary
Interact with Versah customers over the phone and email to answer questions about products and services, process orders and transactions, and troubleshoot technical problems. Explain clinical procedures, direct customers to online resources, resolve issues, and handle complaints while collecting and analyzing feedback. Develop and document knowledge into helpful content and deliver proactive outreach. Requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of customer service experience, bilingual skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Position is based in Jackson, Michigan, with standard 40-hour weekly hours plus holidays and overtime as needed. Compensation ranges from $21.60 to $26.40 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer service-related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations
- Ability to work standard departmental hours of 40 hrs/per week
