Job Summary
Greet walk-in and phone customers, listen to understand their needs, and recommend product solutions, upsell options, and complimentary items to improve their bottom line. Collaborate with team members to sell Horizon's value, prepare sales orders, and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise. Make follow-up calls to potential and existing customers, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales center. Perform receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties, including lifting items up to 75 pounds and utilizing forklift certification. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm earning $22/hr plus performance bonuses.

- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Irrigation experience
