Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) greets walk-in and phone customers, listens to understand their needs, and provides product recommendations and upsell opportunities to help customers run successful landscape businesses. They act as the face of the sales center, handle sales orders, assist with loading merchandise, perform follow-up calls, resolve customer complaints professionally, and maintain an organized sales environment. The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and customer-focused service, with forklift certification preferred and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. There are opportunities for ongoing training and advancement, and overtime may be available.
