Job Summary
Customer Service & Cloud Support Representative responsible for resolving inquiries via web, email, and phone, providing technical support, maintaining customer records, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years prior computer-based customer service experience OR a combination of 1 year of computer-based customer service AND 1 year of cloud support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends during select peak periods
- Must work from the office Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
