Customer Service Representative

Conduct janitorial duties and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas by operating motorized cleaning equipment and using proper personal protective equipment. Perform all tasks listed on the daily schedule, including filling in during staff shortages and supporting shift leads with punch-list items. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisors while complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Communicate professionally with customers, leads, and managers to ensure satisfaction and follow all reporting systems. Requires a valid driver's license, completion of safety training, and bilingual skills as a plus.
