Job Summary
Conduct daily janitorial duties across assigned areas, operating motorized cleaning equipment and maintaining upkeep. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor while complying with safety rules and using proper personal protective equipment. Perform repetitive tasks, fill in during staff shortages, and support the shift lead in completing punch-list items. Communicate professionally with customers, leads, and supervisors while following all company procedures and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Completed all safety and task training certification
- May be required to be forklift certified
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months training or experience
- Bilingual
