Job Summary

Customer Service Representative responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned, performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, maintaining daily upkeep, reporting incidents and hazardous conditions, following safety rules and procedures, working in a team with other employees, communicating professionally with lead/supervisor/co-workers/customers, and supporting shift lead in completing tasks. Requires ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals, strong verbal/written communication, knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals, use of PPE, and adhering to company protocols and environment-related requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license
  • Completed all safety and task training certification
  • May be required to be forklift certified
