Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for janitorial duties, cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep. Role includes reporting incidents/hazards, following safety rules and company protocols, and collaborating with a team to complete daily tasks and punch-list items. Requires ability to read and interpret instructions, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional appearance. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with hourly compensation of $18.00–$19.00. Location: San Jose, CA. Compensation includes SBM’s benefits; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Forklift certification may be required
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
