Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for janitorial duties and sanitation across assigned areas. Perform cleaning tasks, operate motorized cleaning equipment, maintain daily upkeep, report incidents and hazards, and follow safety policies. Work in a team, communicate professionally with supervisors, managers, and coworkers, and support shift leads. Qualifications include no strict education requirement with 3–6 months training preferred, potential driving license, safety certifications, and optional forklift certification. Bilingual ability is a plus; strong verbal/written communication and knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals are preferred. Required Qualifications
- No specific education requirement
- 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
- Completed all safety and task training certification
- May be required to be forklift certified
- Bilingual a plus

- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
