Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in French Camp, onsite. Responds to and resolves inquiries from external and internal customers in a call center environment; provides information on benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorizations; researches and resolves complex eligibility issues; maintains documentation and uses multiple systems. Training schedule is 8:00–4:30, then 8:00–5:00. Proficiency in English (and threshold language requirements may be needed); basic knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to navigate multiple systems and handle confidential information; strong communication and listening skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; 40 WPM typing speed and passing a Call Center Listening Skill test are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Must type 40 WPM
- Must pass Call Center Listening Skill test with a score of 71+
