Welcome customers and their pets with friendly, professional service; manage main lobby operations including check-ins/outs, scheduling, and guest tours; handle calls professionally, maintain cleanliness, and assist with reservations and data entry; operate a computer system and collaborate with team to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience; require ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for up to eight hours, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced pet-care environment; prior animal experience preferred and a High School diploma or equivalent.
