Job Summary
Customer Service Representative to join Sales team to handle incoming leads, build relationships with clients, promote products/services, prepare sales proposals, manage CRM and email automation, and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Responsibilities include developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction; attending and confirming appointments; researching new markets and customer needs; arranging business meetings with prospective clients; maintaining organized records; providing after-sales support; and traveling as needed. Skills and experience include CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), strong math and organizational abilities, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, ability to travel around 20%, and a base salary plus aggressive commission plan. The role is based in St. Charles, MO with standard benefits and a 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule; remote work is not indicated.
