Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, maintaining a clean and organized store, enforcing policies, and supporting sales through merchandising programs and plan-o-gram accuracy. Responsibilities include rotating foodservice products to ensure freshness, unloading trucks for restocking, monitoring transactions for proper procedure, and responding quickly to emergencies to ensure customer and employee safety. The role involves promoting store appearance, assisting with inventory and asset control, and supporting the store manager to keep operations compliant with laws and company policies. The position requires retail or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, standing for shifts, and willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
