Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role supporting store operations with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, enforcing policies, maintaining store appearance, accurately processing cash and card transactions, implementing merchandising and planogram standards, rotating foodservice products, and ensuring safety and security by responding to emergencies. Responsibilities include unloading trucks for stock, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, and working various shifts including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for an entire shift, with exposure to intermittent temperatures. Retail experience is preferred.
