Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting the store manager to keep store operations efficient, compliant with policies and laws, and focused on maximizing sales. Key duties include delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising programs and planogram integrity, rotating foodservice products to ensure freshness, monitoring transactions for proper execution, responding to emergencies for safety, unloading trucks for restocking, and working across varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
