Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role in a retail store focused on delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining a clean store appearance, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising and plan-o-gram standards, rotating foodservice products, monitoring store activities, and responding to emergencies to ensure safety. Requires retail or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays; role involves in-store responsibilities and physical tasks across varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures in-store and outside
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
