Job Summary
Customer Service Representative directly supports store operations by providing excellent customer service leadership, greeting customers, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining clean and organized appearances, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising programs and planograms, rotating foodservice products, monitoring transactions for proper conduct, handling unloading for restocking, and responding to emergencies for safety. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and standing for shifts, with flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays in a retail environment. Retail experience is preferred.
