Job Summary
Customer Service Representative to support the store manager, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies while helping maximize sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to all customers, greeting customers, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising and marketing programs including plan-o-gram integrity and proper sign placement, rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitoring transactions for proper conduct, and responding quickly to emergencies for safety. Requires retail or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long shifts, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
